Jail Time for Riding an Unlicensed Bike in Santa Monica?
Holy hell, this goes beyond ridiculous. Alex Thompson over at Westside Bikeside has shed some light on a nice post by Gary Kavanagh where he explains that riding an unlicensed bicycle in Santa Monica could get you up to 6 months jail time and up to a $1000 fine.
