yaaa…day 1..i had a headache…day 2..had a MIGRANE, puked my guts out, and cried myself to sleep…day 3..thew up blood and started my period!! what do you think?? should i quit?

I’m so glad you wrote this! I just got to 28 hours on the cleanse and starting puking. No more cleanse for me but I wasn’t sure what was happening. Good to know I’m not the only one.

My first day of Master Cleanser and after having a hurendous headache I puked my guys out. I tried to eat some chicken broth and puked all that up. I am dissapointed about the MC, why did this happen? I still feel like shit and am going to bed/

I agree a mango is not a pineapple and pineapples are quite delicious… But I’ll have to argue that mangoes do have a style of their own… they look completely different for starters… pineapple is the porcupine of the fruit world, where mango is more like a Mr. Bigglesworth… and don’t get me started on the taste… Deeeeelicious! So maybe just ease up off mango for a bit, there’s room enough for both… it takes two to.. mango?

Haha, that’s funny. Sorry to hear it though. I have low blood sugar and a friend of mine told me that being hypoglycemic could have contributed to this reaction. I don’t know about you, but anything that makes me throw up is something I’m not going to continue to do!

I just googled “master cleanse” and puke and your site popped up…i just puked on the master cleanse, too! It’s my first day, and i have no idea why this happened. but thanks for writing it, at least i’m not the only one.
