Yeah, bitches! Firehouse!

I must have gotten distracted and started scanning my inbox mid-word. It will take much to unlearn this multitasking.

My ADD is systemic for all the content I consume, from newspapers to magazines to books to blogs. I don't think I've read anything since this whole information firehouse got started. Except maybe your post. And perhaps this comment as I wrote it, being the vain and narcissistic creature I am.

Meanwhile, I have declared a backlash against multitasking in the name of monotasking. Somewhere I have a tumblog as well, but I got distracted by something shiny and forgot where it was.

I definitely try to keep up, but can't say that I manage to read everything. My RSS reader is overloaded... but you don't post alot, so it's easier to keep up.

Totally. For example, I always read through Baron's RSS feed, but I rarely understand what he's talking about, haha, but I still like to keep up and see that he's posting, kind of loosely keeps me in touch with him.

I often just skim friends' blog entries unless there is something topical and of interest or relevance. For example, I have no point of reference on the Pootie Tang post, so I just skimmed it for the gist. But when you post about web design (or any other familiar subject) I read it with more attention to detail.
