		<description>In my former life (you know what it was) I used to have much the same problem. 

My solution was to set a time each hour to check...like the last ten minutes of the hour, stop what I was in the middle of, and QUICKLY scan the e-mail. Open and deal with what was immediatly applicable.

Then a few a day set a longer amount of time to deal  with and read them all...like when you get there, before lunch and before leaving.

Maybe it applies to you...I got this from the guy that was esponsible for maintaining all 22 school websites and the entire network.</description>
